Hi! What are your feelings towards enemas in regards to sexual arousal as well as prepping work for anal sex?

In my experience, I’m not such a fan of enemas. I don’t find them arousing - that cramping feeling in the lower bowel really doesn’t do anything for me sexually.

For regular anal sex I think enemas are overkill. I prefer and recommend to use a smaller douche of some kind, either a regular vaginal douche or a specialty “anal douche”. Either way, keep the volume of water low, so you’re just flushing out the rectum. If you start getting to enema-bag amounts of water, the water flows up into your small intestine, and then it can take a while to all come back out. Plus, if it gets up that far, it’s likely to provoke that cramping feeling. So rather than do that, I’d rather do 2 or 3 flushes with a smaller amount of water.

And, big bonus: it keeps the prep time for anal down to under 10 minutes, rather than the half hour or more needed for multiple enemas administrations.

One situation where I would recommend an enema would be for heavier anal play, like for fisting or long extended sessions. But then you’ve got to leave plenty of time for all that water to work its way out. And also, for my tastes, you’ve then got to give your ass time to recover from feeling bloated and cramped before you’re going to desire anal play.
